Salaams to all Parents and Guardians,
From 6pm to 7:40pm
Here is the schedule of events that will take place on
October 18, 2007 (Inshallah)
• At 6pm – 6:30pm we will have chairs set up in the
up-stairs main hall (stage) You will be presented with a
short greeting for our Principal, and then a live
internet, interactive presentation of our eBoards/web site
and how they work. Short Q & A to follow.
• At 6:28pm you will hear a bell that means you go
to your first class. Yes, your first class! You will
follow your childes schedule, having 2 minutes in-between
each class to get to the next class. YOU WILL BE GIVEN A
SCHEDULE TO FOLLOW. All 7th grade parents will travel
together, 8th grade and so forth.
You Will Follow the regular school schedule for the grade
of your child. If you have more then one child in
different grades, you can divide your time or follow
one schedule, or have a spouse follow one and you
follow the other.
6:28 bell 6:30 1st class - 6:40 leave,
(2nd)6:42 next - 6:52 leave,
(3rd)6:54 next class - 7:04 leave,
(4th)7:06 next - 7:16 leave
(5th)7:18 next - 7:28 leave,
(6th)7:30 next - 7:40 leave,
This concludes open house.
After your last class teachers will pack up a go home. If
you need private time please schedule it in advance by
making an appointment with Ms. Hanan. This open House
is not ment to allow time for private conferances
between Parent and Teacher.
This system allows each parent to actually
live a full school day in one hour. 10 minutes in each
class, with two minutes to travel from one class to the
next.
• The 10 minutes is spent with the Teacher talking
about that class, what your students are doing and what
they will be doing. Q & A as time permits.
